A full workshop exploring stability and lift from within. The early morning practice focuses on mula bandha and uddiyana bandha to cultivate grounding, lift, and deeper awareness in your practice. In the late morning session, we explore energy, subtle anatomy, and guiding principles through philosophy, hands-on exploration, and practical application - supporting steadiness, ease, and presence both on and off the mat.
SCOPE:
This in one of four workshops in 2026 designed to deepen your practice, refine your understanding, and cultivate steadiness, insight, and joy - on and off the mat. Each session combines guided kriya, pranayama, led Ashtanga practice, and exploration of philosophy, anatomy, subtle energy, and rhythm. Developing a deeper quality of awareness in practice, moving beyond reaching for a particular shape (working from the outside in) and instead cultivating steadiness from the inside out
2. Late Morning Session (11:30–14:00h)
A blend of philosophy drawing from yoga & Ayurveda philosophy as well as polyvagal theory, , embodied exploration, and hands-on asana lab to deepen our understanding of cultivating inner stability and lift.
We will explore:
The subtle anatomy of our energy centers through the lens of yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and polyvagal theory
Why energy often does not flow freely, common energetic blocks, and how practices such as mula bandha and uddiyana bandha can support energy flow, discernment, and awarenes-and expand our sense of possibility in life
