Often, it’s not that we don’t know what would help.
It’s that the body hasn’t yet had the space, safety, and support to truly integrate it.

When we reconnect with our body and our inner rhythm, it begins to offer guidance and wisdom that goes beyond the analytical mind. From this place, a new relationship with ourselves emerges - one rooted in agency, inner capacity, and self-trust.

Capacity Coaching supports you in reconnecting with your natural rhythm and cultivating your inner capacity, helping your body and mind settle, build resilience, and expand capacity - creating space for true shifts from within.

And underneath it all, there’s a quiet longing:

  • to stop running on willpower and fixing things

  • to respond to life instead of constantly bracing against it

What we do together

Rather than working on isolated symptoms or strategies, this work supports your system as a whole - in a way that is intuitive, responsive, and deeply embodied.

We work by:

Attuning to your body’s sensations, signals, and rhythms - sensing what is needed, and gaining the agency to meet life as it is rather than react.

Support the release of patterns that keep you stuck - like overgiving, overdoing, overthinking, underexpressing, and self-neglect

Restoring digestive capacity - physically and emotionally - so your system can process and integrate life with greater ease

Gently supporting your nervous system to meet life with steadiness and ease

Strengthening your inner capacity so decisions, boundaries, and energy flow naturally

From this place, decisions become clearer, boundaries more natural, and change more sustainable - because it’s coming from within.

 

My way of working is informed by nervous system regulation through a trauma-informed, embodied lens, drawing on:

  • somatic coaching inspired by Somatic Experiencing®

  • therapeutic yoga and breathwork

  • Ayurveda as a practical, lived science of life

Not as techniques to “fix” you, or create unintegrated cathartic experiences - but as support that help your body remember balance.

Step 1: Initial Ayurveda Health Consultation

All coaching journeys begin here.

Your Initial Ayurveda Health Consultation (90 min) offers clarity about your current physical, emotional, and energetic patterns - and provides grounded guidance toward balance.

This session gives us a shared language and understanding of:

  • how your nervous system responds to stress

  • where imbalance shows up in daily life

  • what kind of support your system is actually asking for

 

Consults are offered in Eenrum, in Groningen and online.

1. Living Ayurveda

Shorter-term focused support

Living Ayurveda is a contained package (3 follow-ups over ~4 months).


It’s well suited when you’re looking for:

  • a gentle reset or recalibration

  • support around specific themes (digestive issues, energy, transitions, stress patterns)

  • guidance that helps you apply insights without intensive ongoing coaching

 

Think of it as supportive integration and fine-tuning, with clear guidance and space to settle changes.

Investment: 

€330 total for 3 consultations over 4 months (including 21% BTW)

Payment can be made in full or in 2 monthly installments of €165.

Available after completing the Initial Ayurveda Health Consultation.

2. Capacity Coaching

Deeper, longer-term integration

Capacity Coaching is for those who sense that their challenges are more layered - and that meaningful change requires time, relationship, and consistent support.

This is a 6-month container designed to help new ways of being truly land in your body and life.

What’s included:

  • 8 one-to-one sessions over a period of 6 months

  • Ongoing integration and nervous system-based coaching

  • Full access to the Reset Yourself Program (link) throughout our work together

 

Rather than working on isolated goals, we build capacity gradually - supporting your system to:

  • feel safer and more settled

  • respond instead of react

  • hold more without tipping into overwhelm

 

This work unfolds at your pace, guided by what your body is ready for.

Capacity Coaching also includes access to the Reset Yourself Program - an online resource many of my clients highly value, carefully put together to support you in integrating the work we do in our sessions.

It offers guided practices, reflections, background teachings, recipes, and worksheets that help anchor the process, so insights don’t stay theoretical or disconnected from daily life. The aim is for you to feel supported between sessions - not left hanging, wondering what to do next.

After each session, I’ll guide you to the practices and resources most relevant to where you are, weaving them into our coaching together. This way, you have clear, steady support for building capacity and restoring rhythm with tools that feel practical, grounded, and doable.

You retain lifetime access to this resource.

Investment:

€908 total (including 21% BTW)

Payment options: one-time payment or 6 monthly installments of €152.

Initial Ayurveda Health Consultation not included.

About me

Hi, I'm Maxi Meissner. 

I’ve studied and practiced yoga, yoga therapy, breathwork, somatics, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and meditation with some of the greatest living masters.

 

Combining this with my extensive experience and knowledge of the human body, psychology, and Western somatic psychotherapy, I’ve developed a unique coaching and yoga practice rooted in nervous system regulation - a holistic approach that fosters lasting calm, resilience, and joy while nourishing body and mind.
