A full workshop exploring breath, rhythm, and the subtle body. The morning practice focuses on the subtleties of breath and the five vayus in a workshop style Ashtanga practice, cultivating clarity, steadiness, and ease in practice - physically, energetically, and mentally. In the late morning session, we deepen integration through philosophy, hands-on exploration, and asana lab, using breath as an anchor for presence, flow, and harmony, and learning practical ways to balance energy and move with awareness both on and off the mat.
SCOPE:
This in one of four workshops in 2026 designed to deepen your practice, refine your understanding, and cultivate steadiness, insight, and joy - on and off the mat. Each session combines guided kriya, pranayama, led Ashtanga practice, and exploration of philosophy, anatomy, subtle energy, and rhythm. Join us to enrich your practice, explore key themes in depth, and connect with a supportive community of fellow practitioners. These workshops can be booked individually or as a package.
