*You can either bring your own food and use the kitchen of the vacation home or on donation-base you can receive a breakfast (porridge), a warm lunch and dinner lovingly prepared by Anita and Rosa upon donation (email beforehand to arrange for this).
Through a thoughtful mix of practice, explorations and discussions, we’ll explore how Eastern philosophies (Ashtanga Yoga, Ayurveda) and nervous system work - including polyvagal work and somatic experiencing - can support you in tuning into your body, restoring balance, and raising your vibration while providing anchor within in a chaotic world. Talks are lighthearted and practical, with plenty of space for experiential practices to land deeply in the body.
Set in a lovingly cared-for vacation home and yoga shala, built from natural materials and surrounded by the serene countryside near the dyke, this getaway invites you to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
Beautiful outdoor spaces and a peaceful environment create the perfect container for reflection, movement, and presence.
