Suitable for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, it’s a chance to ground yourself, find inspiration, renewed perspectives and balance. You might choose to take a long walk, ride a bike through the countryside, swim, enjoy time with family if traveling together, or simply rest, soak up the magic of time and let the experience settle in.
