Why About 8 Sessions Work
Nervous-system–based change doesn’t happen overnight. Your initial consultation provides insight and a roadmap - clarity on an intellectual level - but true transformation happens in the body, through guided, embodied practice.
Many people try to overhaul habits or mindset all at once, going “all in” without support. Without guidance, old patterns - like overgiving, overthinking, or self-neglect - often resurface. Small, consistent steps paired with expert coaching allow new ways of being to take root and become sustainable.
With each session, we go deeper, integrating insights, releasing stuck patterns, and embedding lasting change in your body, mind, and nervous system. This is why the recommended trajectory is about 8 sessions: it gives your nervous system time to adjust, supports gradual, embodied integration, and fosters meaningful, long-term transformation. You can start with just 1-3 sessions to experience immediate benefits and then decide if a longer trajectory feels right for your journey.

Hi, I'm Maxi Meissner.
I’ve studied and practiced yoga, yoga therapy, breathwork, somatics, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and meditation with some of the greatest living masters.
Combining this with my extensive experience and knowledge of the human body, psychology, and Western somatic psychotherapy, I’ve developed a unique coaching and yoga practice rooted in nervous system regulation—a holistic approach that fosters lasting calm, resilience, and joy while nourishing body and mind.
