Hi, I'm Maxi
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve immersed myself in Ashtanga and Restorative Yoga, breath regulation, yoga therapy, trauma-informed coaching, Ayurveda, mindfulness, and meditation—learning from some of the greatest living masters. My approach integrates this deep knowledge with my extensive background in physiology, psychology, and somatic psychology, creating a unique, holistic path to well-being.
As a former world-class athlete and academic perfectionist, I spent years pushing my body and mind to their limits—gaining external achievement by relying on willpower, but lacking true contentment. Healing from years of self-neglect led me to a more embodied way of living, a path to freedom away from physical and mental overwhelm and suffering, and I’d love to help you do the same.
