This workshop is about slowing down and simply *being* - allowing yourself to breathe, rest, and reconnect. From this grounded place, you’ll rediscover your own strength, creativity, and lightness, planting the seeds for the year ahead.
In this nurturing session, Maxi will guide you through:
A somatic practice to deepen inner presence and awaken a felt sense of grounding, spaciousness and support within the body.
A gentle breathing practice to balance your nervous system and further establish a calm inner space
A nourishing Restorative Yoga practice to release physical and mental tension and nurture a sense of inner ease
Before the workshop, you will receive a reflective e-book that gently guides you to look back on the past year - what has supported you, what has drained you, and what you’re ready to release. It also helps you connect with what you want to nurture and bring forward in the year ahead. Each year, this e-book evolves along with my own practice and understanding, and many participants have shared that it’s become a meaningful part of their yearly reflection.
