Ik benadruk een niet-dogmatische benadering
Naast de traditionele Mysore-stijl Ashtanga vormt mijn achtergrond in Ayurveda, Somatic Experiencing (zenuwstelsel-geïnformeerd werk) en Kinesiology vanzelfsprekend de manier waarop ik ruimte houd in onze Mysore-sessies. Dit brengt een geaarde, afgestemde aanwezigheid die het unieke proces, de energie en het ritme van elke beoefenaar respecteert.
Geen enkel lichaam of leven is hetzelfde!
Daarom is alle begeleiding één-op-één binnen een groep. Zo kan ik iedere student persoonlijk ondersteunen, precies daar waar hij of zij zich bevindt. Alle lichamen, niveaus, leeftijden, maten en genders zijn welkom; iedereen kan op een veilige manier van yoga genieten, in elke fase van het leven.
Inspelen op wat jij als individu nodig hebt
In de praktijk zie je dagelijks beoefenaars met meer dan 10 jaar ervaring naast iemand die zijn of haar eerste les volgt. Iedere student krijgt persoonlijke begeleiding, afgestemd op het unieke lichaam, de ervaring en het levensritme. Samen creëren we een stabiele en flexibele practice – één die je ondersteunt in verschillende seizoenen en omstandigheden. Deze benadering zorgt ervoor dat de practice je ontmoet waar jij bent, en tegelijkertijd een heldere en geaarde structuur biedt om vanuit te groeien.
